Mr. Michael Brennan is the Town Clerk. The Town Clerk is responsible for the day to day operations of the Town Council and also has responsibility for the implementation of Town Council decisions. The Town Clerk works with your elected Councillors and Council staff to implement Carlow Town Council's vision for a creative and sustainable Town.
