Spring Clean in County Carlow involves Communities being pre-approved which authorises them to proceed to hire a mini-skip. They will have control of the date of delivery and or collection by the Waste Collector. The Community will pay the Waste Collector and submit an invoice, duly marked paid by the Collector, to the Council for reimbursement.
